2 oz tiber aperitivo
1 oz gin
.5 oz fresh blood orange
.5 oz lemon
.5 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
4 dashes cardamom bitters
Pour ingredients into shaker tin and dry shake for 45 seconds; Add ice, then shake again to chill and froth, 45 more seconds
Double strain into chilled coupe and finish with orange zested on a microplane
